Sherry Hickmon, M.S, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Sherry began her career working in the mental health field working with individuals with a variety of psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities.

  • There she learned about ABA and its benefits in treating her patients and realized her passion for behavior analysis.

Sherry joined the C.A.B.S. team in 2016 as a Case Manager and BCBA. She has worked exclusively with children with autism for the past five years. As Clinical Supervisor Sherry is responsible for ensuring the clinical quality of the C.A.B.S. program and the supporting RBTs, Case Managers, and BCBAs on a daily basis.

ColE Stricklin, BA

Practice Manager, Savannah, GA

After working with children on the spectrum privately for 10 years, Cole wanted to make sure she was providing as much opportunity for success as she possibly could to the children in her care.

  • Cole graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Behavior and quickly fell in with the ABA after years of working directly with children on the spectrum. She came to CABS in January of 2019 with a personal mission to spread the socially significant changes that ABA therapy can bring to those on the spectrum and their families. Cole has since moved away from direct services to provide help on a boarder scale by creating policies, implementing processes, and driving the success of the clinic as a whole with a focus on client intakes and the large scale operations of CABS Savannah.

Patience Plair

Behavior Analyst

Before beginning her journey in ABA, Patience obtained a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in psychology from Armstrong State University.

  • She began working as an RBT at CABS where she gained a love for ABA therapy and became interested in furthering her career in this area. She is currently attending The Florida Institute of Technology where she is working to obtain her masters in Behavior Analysis Practice and BCBA certification. Patience loves working with all levels of learners and teaching skills including early language and social interactions.

Morgan Post

Safety Care Trainer

Morgan began at CABS in 2020 as an RBT. Her ability to learn quickly, her love for the kids, and her positive attitude made her one of our most sought-after therapists.

  • Morgan joined CABS in November of 2020 as a RBT, quickly becoming one of our most skilled direct therapists. Within a year she was promoted to a Float position and her innate skill and ability to deescalate clients in crisis with compassion, empathy, respect and dignity made her an easy choice for onsite RBT trainer and SafetyCare expert. She now not only implements the training for all incoming new hires on the gold-standard ABA therapy practices that CABS requires, but also oversees the training and implementation of SafetyCare for all staff and clients. She is currently in a Masters program to become a BCBA with an anticipated graduation date in 2024.

Kelly Curtis

Case manager

Kelly joined CABS in August of 2019 after years of teaching in the public school system.  Kelly has four children of her own, two of which are neurodivergent, and she knew there had to be better opportunities available for those children that needed it.  Kelly already holds a master's degree in teaching, but elected to return and gain a graduate certificate in ABA.  She is now working closely with the clinical team as a student case manager and will gain her BCBA credentials before the end of the year.
